Dear DigitalPersona Customer,

DigitalPersona periodically releases updates for its hardware and software products to ensure that our

customers have the benefit of the latest enhancements and fixes.

We are pleased to inform you that we have released an update for your U.are.U 4500 rev 102 reader

that should improve its performance. We recommend that you download the update and install it on all Windows systems using a U.are.U 4500 fingerprint reader.

(The revision of your U.are.U 4500 reader is the last 3 digits of the part number, which is located on the bottom of the reader as shown in the attached image.)
